Running down the center of the Plantation Development now known as Port Royal Plantation is Coggins Point Road. Duely named after the above image showing Port Royal Sound from the signal Tower on the Coggins Point Plantation HOUSE. Note the 1200 foot army dock / wharf on the right and tug boats in the distance offshore. |
